Frequently Asked Questions

1. How long does the video take to be ready?

We deliver the first version of the video within 3 business days. This timeframe begins only after payment is confirmed and you have sent all the files required for editing. Longer or highly complex projects may have different deadlines, which will be agreed upon in advance.

2. Do you issue an invoice?

Yes. We issue official service invoices for all companies after payment.

3. What if I want to change something in the video?

Your project includes 2 rounds of revisions. In each round, you can request up to 10 changes at no extra cost.

*Note: Changes that deviate from the originally agreed idea, or requests for redos after the final approval of the video, will incur an additional cost.*

4. Do you provide the open project files (for another editor to use later)?

No. We only deliver the final video ready for you to post (in MP4 format). The project files from our editing software are the studio's intellectual property and working tools. If you absolutely need them, we can negotiate their sale separately.

5. How can I pay?

We accept Wire Transfers (Pix) and Bank Slips (Boleto).

6. Will you post my video on your social media?

We only use client videos in our portfolio after you have officially published them on your own networks. If it is an internal or confidential company video, just let us know when hiring us, and we will not post it anywhere.

7. Do you keep the videos forever?

We store your files for only 30 days after delivery. After that period, we delete everything to free up server space. Therefore, as soon as you receive the video link, please save it to your computer to avoid losing it.

8. Do you write the video scripts?

No. Our work is strictly video editing. You must provide the spoken text or give us a very clear creative direction. If you send us raw footage without any text instructions, we will edit it the way we deem best.
